ABOUT KITCHEN WARRIOR.

In a family that frequently traveled internationally, I grew into a love for unique and adventurous food at an early age. At the age of 16 I had completed recipes from my first (and only) cookbook on french cuisine and spent my following years preparing almost exclusively butter, cream, and richly laden french dishes while studying the foods and techniques of other countries. I attended culinary training however life pulled me in a different direction leaving my passion for food to cooking for family, friends, schools and events, and catering jobs. In recent years I have left my career behind determined to fulfill my dreams as a chef. My food has shifted towards a simpler approach featuring big, bold, and bright flavors with a street food style from all over our delicious and multicultural flavored world. I prepare each and every dish with heart and welcome all thoughts, comments, and suggestions.
